Redemption Instructions

This Ticket is not a pass to any sites to visit Tours pick up and drop off at clients’ hotel. Tour pick up times are flexible but MUST be advised at time of booking. Tours do not include entrance fees. Chauffeurs provide a panoramic tour with historic highlights and luxurious transport to and from the sites visited but are not accredited tour guides. The tour descriptions are suggested itineraries, the passengers may visit any other sites within the tour areas that they may wish to visit, time permitting. The driver will discuss any specific requests with passengers on the day. Unfortunately, due to UK regulations chauffeurs are unable to escort clients into historic sites and are prohibited from offering highlights within the sites. Blue badge accredited guides are available upon request (subject to availability and additional costs detailed below). The Blue Badge is the qualification of the UK's professional, registered tourist guides. *Blue badge guides are not included on the tours This tour includes Pick up and drop off. We will pick you up from your hotel or private address and drop you back to the pickup point unless you advise us otherwise. there is no extra charge for pick up and drop off. * for Hotel pick up please wait in the lobby at the pickup time. * For private address, please wait outside the main entrance at the pickup time. If your hotel is not listed, please inform us at booking time or send us an email after booking your tour. If do not have your pick up details at the time of your booking, then please provide us your pick up details 12 hours before your tour start time. Or as soon as you have them

Pickup Information

Our pick up time starts the moment you are met at your pick up location by your driver. If your hotel or private address is not listed here, please inform us after booking your Transfer. We will make sure you get picked up from wherever you are staying. If you are staying at a hotel, please wait in the lobby at pick up time. Your driver will come in to meet you with a name board. If you are staying in a private apartment or Airbnb, please wait outside at pick up time. We will be liaising with you 24 hours before your transfer to reconfirm your pick up details and time of pick up. We will also send you the driver details 24 hours before your pick up time.
