• Mobile and paper vouchers are accepted for this tour. • Vouchers can be redeemed at any of the bus stops along the routes. • With your voucher, enjoy flexible access for up to 12 months from the travel date you select at check-out. • Hop on at stop 1 of your desired route for a full loop. However, passengers can join the tour at any of the stops along the routes. • For any queries locally, please contact +45 32 96 30 00 - Boat tour departs from Ved Stranden 26 and Nyhavn 3. Please go to the ticket house before the boat tour to redeem your ticket. - Weather-appropriate clothing recommended for open or partially covered boats. Boats are open during summer, and covered and heated in winter. - Complaints: Should you have any reason to complain, kindly note this needs to be done within 14 days of the date of the tour.
