Redemption Instructions
# If you choose a shared tour, we may need to wait if your cruise docks early to pick up other travelers. As we are responsible for dropping everyone off on time, the itinerary may occasionally change. We appreciate your understanding. # In the event of a delayed arrival for the shared transfer, we will wait as long as possible for your arrival. However, if other travelers cannot wait, the tour will proceed as scheduled, and you will need to make your own arrangements to meet the nearest meeting point as directed by the driver. # Departure Time 9:00 AM (approximately) # Departure Point Port Klang Cruise Terminal # At time of booking, cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time # Refund Policy: No refunds will be provided after the tour has started, even in cases of weather or climate-related disruptions, emergencies, or any personal matters, as transportation and other services have already been booked. In any case where a refund is requested, full evidence must be provided by the guest to support their claim. # The driver has full discretion to adjust the itinerary due to distance and duration. # Vegetarian option is available, please advise at time of booking if required
