Pickup Information

Complimentary Pickup: Complimentary pickup is available from participating hotels in the Cancun Hotel Zone and Downtown Cancun. Please provide the full name of your hotel at the time of booking. Your exact pickup time and instructions will be provided after booking. If you did not provide your hotel details at the time of booking, a designated meeting point will be assigned and meeting instructions will be provided after booking.
