Redemption Instructions

Tour is operated by SIGHTSEEING EXPERIENCE - OFFICIAL TOUR OPERATOR OF CITY SIGHTSEEING ITALY • Vouchers must be exchanged on a City Sightseeing open-top bus. • Passengers can board a City Sightseeing bus at any stop of City Sightseeing routes. • Itineraries (stops, journey and times) are subject to change without notice in case of unplanned traffic restrictions, road works, etc. • City Sightseeing is not responsible for disruptions or diversions beyond control. • Estimated intervals at each stop are approximate, as they might be affected by traffic conditions. Departure point: The route starts at Piazza Caricamento; however, you may board the bus at any one of the stops around the city. Who has the "24-hour Priority Ticket" must present at one of the redemption points to receive a priority wristband: • Cruise Terminal stop – Via Fanti d'Italia • City Sightseeing Visitor Centre, located near the Aquarium stop. Once you have received and worn their wristband, you are be able to board the buses before other passengers from any stop, for the duration of their ticket.
