✅Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.

✅Important: This voucher does not grant entry. You will receive your actual ticket via email, or you can collect a paper copy customers will receive their ticket in electronic format via email or in paper form from our representative in the meeting point holding(largo gaetana Agnesi) an Italy Pass Tours flag also with the printed tickets

✅ Arrive on time: Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before your scheduled start time. Because this is a timed-entry ticket, late arrivals will be denied entry to the Colosseum. Please plan your travel time accordingly.

✅ Bring your ID / Passport: All tickets are nominative. Please bring your original documents, as the name on your ticket must match your ID. All guests must also pass through a mandatory security screening before entering.

✅ Audio guide preparation: If your booking includes an audio guide, please ensure your mobile phone is fully charged and that you bring your own earbuds or headphones. Your guide will be provided via a QR code or link to access directly on your smartphone; we do not provide separate audio devices.
