You will not need a printed voucher, guide will ask for your name. We will give you a pick up time acording to your hotel, is your responsability to be on time; as a respect for other costumers we will not wait more than 5 min (A no show will apply).

Pickup Information

For cruise ship passengers: As you walk from the tender pier through the pier security gate, turn right on the red sidewalk that borders the harbor. The Gali Plaza will be on your left, the water on your right. Walk approximately 20 yards to the Cruise Terminal building. The building will be on your left and has a sign saying API in blue letters. Enter the terminal building and walk to the far side where you will exit onto a parking lot. At the parking lot exit, you will see an Oxxo convenience store. Your guide will be waiting in front of the store. Exact location: PLAZA GALI, Parking Lot (Oxxo) Blvd. Paseo de la Marina 36, Centro, Marina, 23450 Cabo San Lucas, B.C.S., Mexico. If you are driving yourself: The meeting point is at the Plaza Gali parking lot, which is located right in front of the Sandos Finisterra Hotel. We will meet you in front of the OXXO convenience store which is located at the exit of the parking lot. Exact location: PLAZA GALI, Parking Lot (OxxO) Blvd. Paseo de la Marina 36, Centro, Marina, 23450 Cabo San Lucas, B.C.S., Mexico. If you choose our complimentary transport service: Our round trip transportation covers hotels in San Jose del Cabo, the corridor, and the Cabo San Lucas tourist area. Pick up is approximately one hour before the start of your tour. Upon booking, you can specify your exact hotel. Please contact us to confirm your specific time of pick up one day before your scheduled tour. We do not offer transportation from hotels outside of the tourist area, such as Hard Rock, Nobu, or Four Seasons (these are approx. 50 min. away from the tourist area); for those hotels, we will pick you up at our standard meeting point: PLAZA GALI, Blvd. Paseo de la Marina 36, Centro, Marina, 23450 Cabo San Lucas, B.C.S., Mexico.

At the time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at the time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time

We do not use boats, all our water activities start from the beach.

Our activities take place on the beach and there are no locker facilities, however, you can safely leave your personal belongings in the transportation.

Participants must be at least 6 years old. Max. weight on tandem kayaks is 195kg/425lbs.

The price per person is the same for both children and adults.

Departure Time 9 a.m. available Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

Pick-up times are assigned based on the location of your hotel or place of accommodation. Pick-ups start approximately one and a half hours before the scheduled activity time.

As we know the weather is a factor that can lead us to modify our day, sometimes we will have to change location, reschedule and / or cancel (the refund will be issued 100% in case of cancellation by us). You will be informed of the options and you will make the decision. Factors that could influence this are rain, high swell, wind and jellyfish.

Your safety is our priority. When the conditions are not favorable, due to wind, high waves, or a tropical storm, we offer to change the day of your reservation or make a refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the start date of the experience. No show or last minute cancellation will be charged in full. This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

All transfers are complementary and optional, therefore the price doesn’t change if you don’t use the transfer option.
