Redemption Instructions

A confirmation email will be sent upon completing the reservation with the reservation number and pick-up time at the hotel. Please remember to provide the name of the hotel for pick-up. Wait at the indicated time in the hotel lobby.

Pickup Information

Please wait for us outside the hotel lobby 5 minutes before the pick up time. We will send you the pick up time once your reservation is made. We will only pick up passengers in hotels.
