Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

During the booking process we will request the name of your accommodation in order to confirm your pick-up time and location. This information will appear on your purchase voucher. If your accommodation is not in those locations, you will not have the transfer service included, and therefore must make your own way to the pick-up point. Please tell us your location and we will show you the closest pick-up point.

Pickup Information

Let us know where are you staying so we can assign you the nearest pick-up point. Pick up is only available from the following areas: Playa Blanca, Puerto del Carmen, Costa Teguise, Arrecife and Playa Blanca. We will send you an email with the pick-up details on 12/24h before the activity starts. If you are cruise passengers arriving in Arrecife, please note that there is no pick-up at the port of Arrecife; you must pick up at the parking lot in front of the Cabildo building at 9:05.
