For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• You must present a mobile or printed paper voucher to board the tour • All vouchers can be redeemed at any of the stops along the route • With your voucher, enjoy flexible access for up to 12 months from the travel date you select at check-out. Departure point: For the full tour, hop-on at the Luisenplatz (Stop 1). However, customers can join the tour at any of the tour stops along the route.
