Hotel Pickup: Available from Downtown Cancun, Cancun Hotel Zone, Costa Mujeres and Playa Mujeres and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Please provide your hotel name at booking to receive your assigned pickup time and location. Pickup begins approximately 30 minutes before your tour time. Outside Pickup Area: Pickup is not available from Moon Palace, Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen or Riviera Maya. Guests staying in these areas must arrive directly at the marina. Direct Arrival: If you don't have pickup or did not provide hotel information, meet at Marina Punta Norte, Carretera Punta Sam km. 2 + 050, Cancún, Quintana Roo, Mexico, 30 minutes before your tour time for check-in.

Snorkeling Experience: Beginners and first-time snorkelers are welcome. A snorkeling briefing is provided before entering the water.

Wildlife: Sea turtles, rays and other marine animals are wild. Sightings may vary and cannot be guaranteed.

Environmental Protection: Sunscreen is not permitted to help protect the coral reef. A long-sleeve rash guard is recommended for sun protection.

Weather: This tour operates rain or shine. If the port is closed to navigation by local authorities, you may reschedule your tour or receive a full refund.

Travel Time: Transportation, check-in, briefing and boat travel are included in the total tour duration.

Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up for their scheduled activity are not eligible for a refund.

Swimming Requirement: Guests must be comfortable swimming in open water and able to follow the guide's safety instructions throughout the snorkeling activity.
