Please note: Berlin Dungeon will be your first attraction booked with timed entry which you have chosen on the time of the booking and cannot be changed. Go to Berlin Dungeon entrance (Spandauer Str. 2, 10178 Berlin) 5 min. prior to your booked entry time with your ticket ready to be scanned. Ticket valid for a German Show at Berlin Dungeon. For Madame Tussauds Berlin admission please book the date and time via the Attractions Booking Portal. To do this, please copy and paste this link into your browser to log in: https://accountportal.meg-eu.accessoticketing.com/accesso26/307/en-gb/login To login: 1) On the field "order number", enter your tour operator confirmation number found on this e-ticket . This is the 9 digit number after “Tour operator confirmation no.” and before the underscores. (XXXXXXXXX_CEDGBER) 2) Use the following e-mail address: customer@viator.com 3) Then you need to enter the last 4 digits of one of your barcode/ticket numbers. 4) After that, you will be asked to update the e-mail address, please enter your personal e-mail address. 5) You will be sent a verification code to this e-mail address. Please enter the code and access to booking calender for Madame Tussauds 6) Choose your Madame Tussauds ticket select date and time of visiting. Save your ticket. 7) Once your Madame Tussauds Berlin entry has been booked in through the portal you can print an original ticket that gives you access to Madame Tussauds Berlin. Alternatively present your tripadvisor/viator ticket at Madame Tussauds Berlin.
