Redemption Instructions

-No need to print your ticket—mobile vouchers are accepted -Upon arrival at the Sydney Cruise Port (Main or Liberty Dock) in Sydney, please show your voucher to your guide -Your guide will be holding a sign with your name for easy identification -Please arrive at the meeting point within 30 minutes after your ship docks -If you have any issues locating your guide, use the contact details on your voucher for immediate assistance

Pickup Information

Guests will be picked up directly at the Sydney Cruise Terminal. After passing through security, the tour guide will be waiting on the left-hand side holding a sign with the lead traveler’s name. This makes it easy for guests to quickly identify and meet their guide.
