The price includes renting bikes, helmets,s, and breakfast You can also ask about mountain biking in the Wadi Degla protectorate (intermediate-level MTB is mandatory for your safety) Mostly I prefer to do the tour in the early morning on weekend days which are Fridays and Saturdays (Egyptian weekends) when it isn't crowded. but you can ask before booking to arrange it during weekdays ;)
