For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• Please note: In the event of adverse weather conditions (strong wind), the helicopter tour will take off from the helipad in the waterfront and fly in the direction of Robben Island along the Cape West Coast pass Bloubergstrand  therefore we will not be able to reach the Cape of Good hope.  Should we not be able to fly at all, the guests have a choice of carrying on with the rest of the tour and fly at the later stage or request a full refund.
