Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

1. Pickup times are coordinated the night before start time. Please prepare for an early morning flight 2. DO NOT BE LATE (You will forfeit your ticket if you are late) 3. Do not wear a dress 4. Do not wear high heel shoes 5. Do not wear white (it will get dirty) 6. Bring your camera 7. Bring a smile We look forward to welcoming you onto the balloon with us 8. Should the Balloon flight get cancelled due to bad weather while already on site, the tour will continue to Stellenbosch for the wine tasting section of the full day tour. 9. In the event that the balloon flight is cancelled while already on site, you may either opt to get a refund for the balloon flight or reschedule the flight to the next available day (return transfers can be arranged at minimal cost)
