On the day of the flight the guest will need to present their Ticket to the staff at the check-in counter. After Check-In, the guest will receive a safety briefing and issued with a boarding pass. Please note that each guest will have to undergo a weigh in. (All weights are discreet and will not be announced unless the guest wishes to know) All flight times are approximate and subject to change due to weather conditions and weight restrictions. A valid Original Passport is required upon check-in for all travellers!

Pickup Information

Pick-ups are automatically scheduled 30mins prior to your selected Flight time unless contacted by our reservations team. We kindly request guests to wait in the lobby for our driver who will be driving a Cape Town Helicopters Branded vehicle. Please note that the pick-up is complimentary and is not included in the price. We reserve the right to cancel a pick-up due to operational requirements. Please ensure that your Pick-Up location is within our collection radius.
