Sea Terminal "Embarcadero by Xcaret" Km 4.5 de la Zona Hotelera in Cancún offers: Parking Lot, Taxi, Wi-Fi area, ATM, Bellboy, Toilets. Departure at 9:00 am You must arrive at the Xcaret Maritime Dock at least 30 minutes before departure.
Redemption Instructions
- You must bring your digital voucher and a digital copy of your official ID with photo. - You must redeem your voucher at the ticket office located at Cancún dock. - Children and teenagers must be in companion of an adult all the trip. Minimum age: 8 years old. - It is not possible to make changes the same day of your visit. - It is mandatory to wear a life jacket during the snorkeling tour. - Avoid touching reefs or feeding marine fauna. - Please follow all the crew's instructions, for your safety and that of your family and friends. - In case of bad weather, the authorities, through the Port Captaincy, will indicate if safe navigation is possible. Not suitable for persons with reduced mobility or people with limited vision. Refund policy: Full refund in cancellations 24 hours prior to the visit date or due to bad weather.
