Pickup Information

Hotel pickup is available for accommodations located within Cusco’s Historic Center. If the accommodation is outside this area, passengers must proceed directly to the Cusco Bus Terminal. At the time of booking, travelers must specify whether they require hotel pickup or if they will arrive at the bus terminal on their own. Passengers boarding at the Cusco Bus Terminal must arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled bus departure at 10:00 p.m. Travelers are advised to carry their ID or passport.
