• Hotel name and lobby are required upon reservation. • Pickup is available at hotels and vacation rentals in the Riviera Maya from Moon Palace to Tulum, including Puerto Morelos and Playa del Carmen. • Lodgings with unpaved access, pedestrian streets with restricted vehicle access, or located in Tulum’s Hotel Zone will be assigned a nearby meeting point. • Pickup time is provided the afternoon before your tour. • Climbing the Coba pyramid is not included or guaranteed.
