Redemption Instructions
As soon as you make the trip reservation, please contact us by whatsapp, to inform complete data: Full name of the passengers, Passport, dates of birth. If your reservation is immediate, you can communicate it by whatsapp. Please indicate well your whatsapp phone number! If your reservation is later than 15 days after your purchase, it is not necessary to contact us immediately.
Pickup Information
Clients staying outside of Miami Beach: Please always meet at the following pickup point: Bayside Marketplace – 401 Biscayne Boulevard, Downtown Miami (First stop on the tour – pick up 30 minutes before the tour start time) Example: If the tour is at 9:30 a.m., the pickup at Bayside will be at 9:00 a.m. Clients staying in Miami Beach (we only offer pickup in the South Beach area): Please choose the closest pickup point to your hotel from the following: CVS – 555 Washington Avenue Burger King (Whopper Bar) – 1101 Washington Avenue Raising Cane’s – 1651 Washington Avenue (bus stop in front of the restaurant) Once the client books, please indicate which hotel they will be staying at. If you do not select a pickup point, our team will determine the most convenient one based on your location and will notify you.
