Meeting and Pickup
Passengers are allotted up to one in half hour to board the booked vehicle. Should passengers fail to board within this timeframe, the tour will commence without them, or it will be canceled, and the full tour fee will apply. Please proceed to the main exit of the terminal where your ship docks.
Redemption Instructions
Please present your confirmation email or e-ticket (digital or printed) to the tour guide upon arrival. Our team will be waiting for you just outside the Marco Polo Cruise Terminal, holding a sign that says S-TOUR NB. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
