Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Meeting and Pickup
We will pick you up from outside of baggage once you've collected your luggage. We can provide a meet and greet service for an additional charge where the chauffeur can be waiting inside of the arrivals gate with your name on the sign.
End Point
Based on your destination, our chauffeur will drive you to that location provided.
Redemption Instructions
• The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions • If you have not already specified, you MUST advise supplier as soon as possible your Ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and departure time so that appropriate arrangements can be made • If you will not be arriving at your destination within the specified reconfirmation period, please reconfirm with the local service provider prior to travel, or upon arrival at your destination. Please note that departure times and locations may vary slightly.
Pickup Information
We will schedule a pickup time based on your flight information and transport you directly to the destination of your choice. This is a private car service, will not be shared with our riders unless informed by agents prior to the service.
