Redemption Instructions

Usted deberá mostrar el Voucher electrónico a nuestro chofer cuando vaya a recogerlo, de esta forma sabemos que usted es el que va para el tour. En caso que no necesite transporte, simplemente debe mostrarlo en la recepción para saber usted va al tour de canopy.

Pickup Information

We usually pick up 30 minutes before the tour time, but it can vary depending on where you are. From Hotel Tangara to Hotel Tabacón Thermal Resort we collect without any additional charge, hotels or places that are outside this range have an additional charge.
