Tasting place changes depending on days and availibility : Tastings at 4pm : La Prohibition, 12 Rue du Bourg l'Abbé, 75003 Paris. Tastings at 10.30am, 11am or 3pm : Hôtel du Nord, 102 Quai de Jemmapes, 75010 Paris Make sure to come hungry ! It's more of a cheese meal than a tasting. • You don't drink wine ? Send me message so that I make sure to have juice • If you’re gluten free, you might want to bring your bread (Paris is the gluten capital !) • Some cheeses can contain seeds, nuts or alcohol (you can't really taste the flavor). Let me know if you have any restrictions. • If you have any special needs, please message me ahead of time so I can better take care of your experience. Please be on time. Late arrivals affect the experience for everyone else and I might have a tour planned after the cheese tasting. I highly recommend using the metro to get to our meeting point. There’s a lot of traffic in Paris. If you come by taxi or Uber, allow more time than what the app says as there can be some Uber drivers’ shortages. There are no refund if you get late and miss part of the explanations or if you don’t show up. * Raw milk cheese contains a diversified dairy microflora which gives typical aromas to the cheese. It is not recommended for fragile populations, including young children and particularly those under five years old, pregnant women and immuno-deficient people, to consume it.
