Redemption Instructions

All entry tickets will be issued to travelers upon arrival in Hermanus. Please ensure you check in with our driver guide prior to boarding to receive your tickets.

Pickup Information

Pickup and drop-off services are included within a 12 km radius of the city centre. Travelers staying outside the pickup zone may be subject to an additional transfer fee. Please be ready at the designated pickup point 10minutes before the scheduled departure time. Our guide will contact you via WhatsApp or phone call prior to pickup.
