• Please arrive at the meeting point 5 minutes before the start time indicated on your voucher. Start time indicates the time your tour begins; please be there 5 minutes before to check-in with your guide. • Please carry a valid form of ID with you. • Visitors must pass through metal detectors at the security check point. Please expect to wait 10-15 minutes to clear security. • Backpacks and large bags are not allowed to enter inside the Colosseum, please note that there is no cloakroom at the site. • Customers will be asked for their personal information (first/last name and date of birth) in order to enter the limited access areas of the Colosseum. Refusal of entry might follow if provided incorrectly. • Colosseum and Roman Forum are ancient sites and not wheelchair friendly. We encourage those with mobility problems to let us know at the time of booking, in order to allow the guide to prepare a suitable itinerary. This tour lasts 4 hours and the usual itinerary involves a fair amount of walking, including some stairs and uphill paths. • It is possible to bring in refillable empty bottles, as the water springing from the fountains on the path is drinkable.
