Redemption Instructions

For last minute booking (less than 12 hrs) please make it at the same time • Please specify your preferred departure time from Florence during booking by utilizing the Special Requirements field • Minimum drinking age is 18 years • Our drivers are all extremely familiar with Tuscany and with the main destinations in Italy. They will always share information, curiosities and traditions about the area of the sightseeing and they are available at any needs.

Driver can pick you up at your Florence hotel or if it's an apartment or b&b we need an exact address with the civic number.
