Meeting and Pickup
Boarding Point: Chaotianmen Dock (HH7Q+8PJ, Changjiangbinjiang Rd, Yuzhong District, Chongqing, China). Check your ticket for the pier number (e.g. Pier 7/9/11). From Hongyadong or Jiefangbei, it takes 25–35 mins on foot.
Redemption Instructions
The Viator voucher/ticket cannot be used to board the cruise directly. We will issue and send you the official electronic cruise ticket (e-ticket) required for boarding via email on the day of boarding, prior to boarding. Please check your Viator messages and email regularly after booking. This is a self-guided boarding service. There will be no guide or staff member accompanying you to board the cruise. Please arrive at the port in advance, locate the correct pier/boarding point yourself, and board independently using the e-ticket we provide. If you are unable to board your scheduled cruise on time, please contact us before 9:00 PM on the same day. Subject to availability, we will try to help you reschedule to another departure on the same day only. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and depends on availability.
