Meeting and Pickup
The meeting point is in the square in front of the Santi Cosma and Damiano Basilica in Via dei Fori Imperiali 1 (half way, close the entrance of the Roman Forum). You will see our staff in front of the Basilica wearing a uniform with the logos of the company Real Barcelona Tours.
Redemption Instructions
Please ensure that the names given exactly match the IDs or passports of all participants (including children), or the Colosseum will deny entry — and don’t forget to bring valid ID for everyone which is necessary to enter. If the Colosseum tickets controllers deny the access due to the wrong name and last name we decline any responsibility and NO REFUND will be provided. This voucher is not your entry ticket — it's a booking confirmation only. It must be exchanged for tickets at the meeting point before entering the Colosseum. Please arrive at the meeting point in front of the Basilica dei Santi Cosma e Damiano at least 15 minutes before the start time to check in. Your host will be standing next to a white flag with the company logo. The Ancient Rome tour involves Steps and a lot of walking on un-even path especially in the Roman Forum . We highly suggest flat confortable shoes. This tour is not suitable for any person with recent surgeries, with disabilities and for people in wheelchairs due to the street level , up street level and steps. Tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable. Valid ID is required, matching the names on the reservation. Entry is not guaranteed without proper ID. By booking, you agree to our Terms & Conditions, including no refunds for no-shows or late arrivals. Meeting time may change. If so, we’ll contact you by phone or message. Please provide the correct phone number with country code and check your WhatsApp and email regularly. All visitors must pass through metal detector security checks. Wear comfortable shoes and bring a refillable plastic water bottle, especially in hot weather! Normal-sized backpacks are allowed.
