Make sure the names provided match the IDs or passports of all participants (including children) — entry to the Colosseum will be denied if they don’t. Everyone must bring valid ID to be allowed in. If Colosseum staff deny entry due to incorrect names, we are not responsible and no refund will be issued. This voucher is not your entry ticket, it only confirms your booking. You cannot access the Colosseum with this voucher alone. It should be exchanged for tickets at the meeting point. Please arrive at the meeting point in front of the Basilica dei Santi Cosma e Damiano at least 15 minutes before the start time to check in. Your host will be standing next to a white flag with the company logo. If you selected the audio guide, download it in advance using Wi-Fi. It works offline once installed. Headphones are not provided, please bring your own. Kindly note that the app may not work on old phones. Bookings after 4:00 PM may not leave enough time to visit the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. You may start earlier or return the next day to access the Forum. This tour is not suitable for individuals with mobility issues due to uneven surface. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be changed. Each traveler must show a valid ID matching the name on the reservation. Meeting time is subject to change. If it does, you’ll be contacted via phone or message.Please provide a correct phone number with country code and check your WhatsApp and email regularly. All visitors must pass through metal detector security check. Wear comfortable shoes and bring a refillable plastic water bottle, especially in hot weather. During summer, the tour may last about 2 hours due to the heat. Normal-sized backpacks are allowed. Not permitted: large backpacks, pets, weapons, sharp objects, oversized luggage, alcohol, drugs, sprays, glassware, unaccompanied minors, electric wheelchairs. Please make sure that the names provided EXACTLY MATCH THE NAMES on the passports or ID cards of all participants (children included), otherwise entry to the Colosseum will be denied. A valid ID is required for everyone to enter. Nicknames, missing names, or incorrect first or last names are not accepted by Colosseum guards. If you booked the audio guide option, please download the app in advance using Wi-Fi. Once downloaded, it works offline. Earphones are not provided – please bring your own, compatible with your smartphones. Note that older phones may not support the app properly. For bookings after 4:00 PM, you may not have enough time to visit the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. You can either arrive earlier or visit the Roman Forum the next day.

If you choose the semi-private option, please note that our tours are designed for up to 7 guests per guide to ensure a personal and immersive experience. Occasionally, to keep families or friends together, the group size may be slightly larger. In other cases, the group may have fewer than 7 participants. This flexibility helps us provide the best possible experience for everyone.

The Ancient Rome tour involves Steps and a lot of walking on un-even path especially in the Roman Forum . We highly suggest flat confortable shoes. This tour is not suitable for any person with recent surgeries, with disabilities and for people in wheelchairs due to the street level , up street level and steps.
