We offer roundtrip transportation (from hotel or meeting point, as applicable) for all travelers who book this tour. NOTE 2: Some hotels or lodging centers are located in areas with difficult access (very narrow streets, alleys, streets in poor condition, blockages, or for security reasons), so pick-up at the closest possible point applies. NOTE 3: The exact pick-up time varies by hotel. The minimum age to operate an ATV is 16 years old (with parent/guardian approval).

The remaining taxes payable are only acceptable or receiveable in cash upon arrival at check-in, either in MXN or USD.

Infants can join the group, keep in mind that since their entry is free, they must sit on the lap of their parents/guardians during transportation, and for safety reasons they cannot participate in the activities (given their complexity), must be accompanied by their parents/guardians. Although the staff and guides accompanies the group, for safety reasons they cannot take care of the baby (for example, carry it or hold him/her in their arms) while the adults carry out the activities.
