Redemption Instructions

Meeting time is 30 minutes prior to the start time. Late arrival will result in entry refusal and loss of tour cost. In front of the Arch of Constantine, by the side facing the Colosseum. The entrance ticket fee to the archaeological sites is 18€ for adults; (24€ for the arena option) accompanied by a 2€ reservation fee The additional amount covers services provided by our hosts, headsets and booking fees. The aim is to promote transparency and ensure your understanding of the cost breakdown. ID is mandatory, guests who show up without ID cannot be guaranteed entrance. The exact name and last name of all participants must be provided at time of booking, in case of mistakes, security staff may deny access and no refund will be provided. Name changes are not permitted. For children under 18 years old, after meeting our team and collecting the adults' tickets, you will need to go inside the Colosseum at box 10 to collect their tickets. Please be informed that audioguides are not included for children as they are free of charge. Additionally, children must present their identification in order to receive the free ticket. All visitors must pass through an airport-style security check. In the case of inclement weather, the arena floor may be closed off without notice. In these instances, refunds cannot be provided.
