Cancellation of at least 24 hrs before travel date: 100% refund subject to HK$30.00 cancellation fee per pax Extra cancellation or refund fees may apply. Any cancellations falling outside of the above policy are strictly non-refundable

Good to know:

- All children aged 1 year and above are required to have a valid ticket to travel.

- Each passenger is allowed one piece of checked luggage, up to 20kg and with dimensions not exceeding 76cm x 56cm x 23cm, and one piece of hand luggage, up to 5kg and not exceeding 45cm x 30cm x 15cm, free of charge. Excess luggage will incur additional charges based on the operator's applicable rates.
