For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Meeting and Pickup
Find us at the end of Sundance Road in Banff. Check-in at the east barn marked ' Banff Trail Riders Stable' & 'office.' 5 min drive or 20 min walk from downtown with free parking. **ALL GUESTS MUST CHECK IN 30 MIN PRIOR TO THEIR RIDE START TIME. LATE ARRIVALS WILL NOT BE ACCOMMODATED**
Redemption Instructions
• Please show this ticket at the commencement of the tour. • Guests will NOT be able to change their reservation from Wagon to Horseback on the day of the trip. Please make sure you have booked the correct product prior to arriving onsite for the cookout. • All guests must arrive 30 minutes prior to their ride time. • Adults must sign a waiver for all activities, and a waiver must also be completed by the parent or legal guardian of any person under the age of 18 (documentation may be required to confirm the signatory’s authority). • Children aged 17 years and under must have a parent or legal guardian with them on the ride. • Our establishment is located in a remote backcountry area. Due to our unique location, our kitchen operates with limited resources. We are unable to accommodate requests beyond our set menus.
