Please proceed to the bus loading zone across the hotel just along Harry Hays Building on 4th Avenue. For Airport pick-up, please check in at our counter at the Ground Transportation Booth between Exit Door 4 and 5 of the Domestic Arrivals Terminal. If no one is present, please proceed at the pick-up location - Bus Bay/Pillar #15, across Exit Door 4 of the Arrivals Level - Domestic Terminal of the airport. Hope this helps.
