Please READ carefully: Please keep your tickets handy before boarding for confirmation. Please be at the pick-up location at least five minutes before scheduled departure time. Customers may only select the pickup point corresponding to the start time they choose when initially booking. For Delta Hotel pick-up, please do not wait at the lobby. Please proceed to the bus loading zone across the hotel just along Harry Hays Building on 4th Avenue. For Airport pick-up, please check in at our counter at the Ground Transportation Booth between Exit Door 4 and 5 of the Domestic Arrivals Terminal. If no one is present, please proceed at the pick-up location - Bus Bay/Pillar #15, across Exit Door 4 of the Arrivals Level - Domestic Terminal of the airport. We also do accept drop-off request at any hotel or accommodation along Banff Avenue upon request.
