• Please be at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure. • Your guide will be easily recognizable by a City Wonders tour sign at the meeting location. • We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs or any impairments requiring special assistance. • You may experience delays in clearing security checks when entering the venue • Only very small bags are allowed in the Accademia Gallery. • Please note that Palazzo Vecchio and the Uffizi Courtyard are not included in this visit • A valid ID is required for entry to the Accademia Gallery in Florence, regardless of whether visitors hold full-price, reduced, or free tickets. • Please note that 3 options are available: the Accademia Gallery guided tour, a Florence walking tour followed by an Accademia guided tour, or an upgraded option including guided tours of both the Accademia Gallery and the Uffizi.
