Tour from Tulum: Select this option if your hotel is located between Xcaret and Super Aki Tulum (Akumal, Puerto Aventuras and Riviera Tulum). Pickup included

Redemption Instructions

Once you book your tour, you will receive a digital confirmation ticket. It is important you show this confirmation the day of your tour. Please bring your booking reservation and your ID. The schedules vary according to the hotel, our representative will indicate the exact pick up time via mail or via text message. Please consider transportation times for your pick up and drop off. Remember that the weight limit is 270 pounds for ziplines. If you exceed this limit you won't be able to enter to the activity.

Just let us know where you're staying, and one of our friendly company representatives will reach out to you. We'll share all the details about your meeting point and the time we'll pick you up. Our aim is to make your experience as seamless as possible! Choose Your Perfect Adventure Time: Morning Tour Enthusiasts: Cancun and Playa del Carmen Guests: Get ready to start your day with excitement! We'll pick you up between 8:00 to 8:30 AM. Together, we'll head out early and make our way to the park, arriving by 9:30 AM to begin our adventure. Tulum Guests: Your adventure starts a bit earlier. We'll pick you up between 7:00 to 8:00 AM, ensuring we arrive at the park by 9:30 AM to kickstart the day’s activities. Noon Tour Adventurers: Cancun and Playa del Carmen Guests: If you're more of a midday explorer, we'll be there to pick you up between 12:00 to 12:30 PM. It’s the perfect time to soak in the sun and enjoy the day. Tulum Guests: For those staying in Tulum, your pick-up window is between 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. We aim to arrive at the park by 1:30 PM, just in time for an afternoon filled with excitement. Tailored to You: Pick-up times can vary based on where you're staying. But worry not! We'll personally reach out to you via email or text to confirm your exact pick-up details. Special Note for Tulum Guests: For those staying in Tulum hotels and Airbnbs, we’ve arranged a convenient meeting spot - the Super Aki Tulum Supermarket in downtown. It's easy to find and a great start to your journey. Please keep in mind your travel times for both pick-up and drop-off. Our goal is to ensure your adventure starts and ends smoothly, making your experience unforgettable.
