Please contact us at least 24 hours before your tour to reconfirm pickup time and location. Pickup timings are approximate and may vary due to traffic and hotel location. Exact pickup time will be confirmed by the local tour operator via WhatsApp. Make sure to provide the correct number when making a booking. Complimentary hotel pickup is available for most centrally located hotels in Dubai (City Tour, Desert Safari, and Abu Dhabi Tour). For the Dhow Dinner Cruise, free pickup is only provided from hotels in Deira and Bur Dubai. Travelers staying outside these areas must proceed directly to the boarding location (details will be provided after booking).
