Redemption Instructions

• Upper deck and lower deck sitting available. Upper deck of the boat having seating in open air whereas lower deck is air conditioned fully. Do let us know if you have any seating preference otherwise the requested seating will be subject to availability on spot if required • Dress code is Smart casual • If you will not be arriving at your destination within the specified reconfirmation period, please reconfirm with the local service provider prior to travel, or upon arrival at your destination. Please note that departure times and locations may vary slightly. • Children below 3 years are free of charge • During Ramadan as per the law in UAE there will be no entertainment, serving alcohol on board in the cruise Hotel pickups commence approximately 30 - 60 minutes prior to this time, exact pickup time will be advised on reconfirmation. Pick up and drop off (sharing) is not included from following areas: Al Maha desert resort, Bab al shams, Al Furjan, Expo city area, Silicon oasis, Jebel Ali, Jumeirah Village Triangle or any area not coming in the city central limits. if your hotel is falling outside the city limits we can arrange the private transportation only but with additional supplement applicable Pick up is happening 30-60 minutes prior to the tour based on the location of your hotel. Please do reach out at least 24 hours prior to be able to get the information about the pick up time.

Sharing Pick up and drop off is not included from following areas: Al Maha desert resort, Bab al shams, Al Furjan, Expo city area, Silicon oasis, Jebel Ali, Jumeirah Village Triangle or any area not coming in the city central limits. if your hotel is falling not in the sharing pick up locations. The private transportation can be arranged at additional supplement.
