For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Redemption Instructions

• Comfortable walking shoes are recommended • A current valid passport is required on the day of travel It is important to know that a tour permit is required for this tour. We would need to arrange this permit 24 hours before you travel. To enable us to do this we must receive a photo of the photo page in all passports. Plus we will need all room numbers for those travelling. All documents should be sent to us 48 hours before the date of transfer.

Pickup Information

On this door to door, day tour your driver will meet you outside the reception area at your hotel or at another pick up location of your choice. Pick up time will be approximately 05.00. However we will confirm this the evening before your trip.
