Redemption Instructions
You do not need to call us to re-confirm this booking. We strongly recommend you arrive at your meeting point 10 minutes prior to departure to allow sufficient time to familiarise yourself with the location, and identify our staff when they arrive. Our Staff will be identifiable by a sign reading "International Friends"; they will be aware of your names.
