For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• If you will not be arriving at your destination within the specified reconfirmation period, please reconfirm with the local service provider prior to travel, or upon arrival at your destination. Please note that departure times may vary slightly. • Entrance to Burj Al Arab and Burj Khalifa is not included • Children below 4 years are free of charge  • During Ramadan Period there will be no lunch available. since as per the UAE government no restaurant during the day time is operational.  Hotel pickups commence approximately 30 - 60 minutes prior to this time, exact pickup time will be advised on reconfirmation. Times are subject to change due to local traffic conditions.

Pickup Information

Pick up and drop off included from Dubai hotels. Pick up and drop off (sharing) is not included from following areas: Al Maha desert resort, Bab al shams, Al Furjan, Expo city area, Silicon oasis, Jebel Ali, Jumeirah Village Triangle or any area not coming in the city central limits. if your hotel is falling outside the city limits we can arrange the private transportation only but with additional supplement applicable
