Redemption Instructions

The boarding pass will be delivered to the customer, it has to be printed. The customer has to be checking the email they used to make the reservation. No refund will be provided if the customer does not print the right boarding pass The boarding pass tour operator sends you a blank one and it is mandatory to print it. Remember that the white one is the correct one, not the green viator purchase receipt.

Coba Mza 05-Lote 01, 77760 Tulum, Q.R The pick up time is set acording to your location, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as posible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service
