Redemption Instructions

• Please inform us Your Arrival Airline, Time, Number of Luggage and number of Passangers. • Our Airport Representative will be holding Paging board with your name on it. • Our Representative will Page after one hour of Flight landing time, considering the time spent at Immigration, Baggage Claim and Customs. • The Maximum waiting period will be 1 hour and 30 Minutes from the flight has landed.  Times are subject to change due to local traffic conditions.

Pickup Information

Dubai International Airport (DXB) has three (3) terminals. We pick up from all three. Please make sure you are at specific meeting points as follows. Terminal 01 - Spinneys Mart at main arrival hall. Terminal 02 - Costa coffee at main arrival hall. Terminal 03 - Flower shop - Beside exit 02 (Main arrival hall)
