Pickup Information

All guests are picked up directly from their hotel lobbies in central Dubai. We kindly ask travelers to be ready at least 10 minutes before pickup time. Your driver will wear a badge and carry the guest’s reservation details. In addition, the driver will send a WhatsApp message to confirm his arrival in the lobby. This way, guests can easily identify and meet their driver. Pickup is not available from outside Dubai city limits (e.g. Sharjah or Abu Dhabi).
