Redemption Instructions

Our pick up window for this tour is 9:15am to 9:45am. Please make sure to be ready at your hotel by 9:15am for this tour! If you are not ready when the shuttle is there to pick you up, there might not be another departure available on that day, and we cannot offer refunds for lateness.

Pickup Information

We will pick you up from your desired pick up location between 9:30-10am on the day of your tour! Keep an eye out for our black sprinter vans! They have a 1' sticker on the side with our Borealis Basecamp logo on it. Please be ready for pick up by 9:15am!
