* The meeting point at the Punta Langosta terminal is set in the lighthouse in front of the port, in the vicinity of Starbucks. * At SSA Mexico or Puerta Maya, the meeting point is located in the Plaza Royal Village, specifically in the Martí sports store. * For hotels and Airbnb, the meeting point is defined on the outside of the property. * For passengers arriving from Playa del Carmen by ferry, the meeting point is at the monument of Las Golondrinas, visible on the left as they leave the quay

Important: This tour is a motorcycle for 2 passengers, the driver and his companion. If 3 people book, it would be a motorcycle for 2 people and the other person would go on a single motorcycle. It only applies to odd-numbered groups.

The excursion start time is based on local time. We allow a 25-minute grace period for passengers. If they do not arrive at the assigned meeting points within this time, the reservation will be marked as a “no show,” and no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
