Meeting and Pickup
Please arrive 30 minutes before departure, you will be checked in by name and given a boarding pass for the vessel.
Redemption Instructions
Please arrive 30 minutes before departure and queue directly outside the TSS Earnslaw, you will be checked in by name. (You are not required to check in at the office prior to this time) Warm clothes and comfortable walking shoes are recommended. Please contact RealNZ directly to advise of any dietary requirements at least 24hrs before departure.
